1. Do you provide a mobile service?
Yes! We also offer a mobile service; we currently cover all of London! However, our main unit is in North London, N20​​

2. What services do you offer?
We offer a wide range of professional vehicle upgrade and installation services. These include dash cam installations, vehicle trackers, immobilisers, Apple CarPlay screen upgrades, vehicle tuning, parking sensor installations, reverse camera installations, and cosmetic modifications such as body kits. If you have a custom modification in mind, contact us, as we may be able to help you.​​

3. Is there a travel charge?
We may charge a call-out charge, but the price is entirely at our discretion. To get a mobile job completed, please contact us prior to placing your order so that we can inform you of the relevant charges.

4. Are you certified and approved Metatrak, Global Telemetrics, Scorpion Track, Road Angel, Thinkware, CAN Phantom and GeckoTrack installers?
Yes, we are completely certified and approved installers of all products from Metatrak, Global Telemetrics, Scorpion Track, Road Angel, Thinkware, CAN Phantom and GeckoTrack.

5. How does the Metatrak DEADLOCK feature work?
The MetaTrak DEADLOCK feature allows you to immobilise the car remotely from your phone! Overriding the key fobs meaningthe vehicle will not start even with the car key and fobs in hand.

6. Do your supplied Products Come with a warranty?
All our supplied products come with at least 1 year product warranty- some have up to 3 years warranty!​

7. How long does a tracker and immobiliser installation take?
Typically between 1.5 and 3 hours, depending on the vehicle make and model.

8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, debit/credit cards, Klarna, Clearpay and cash.

9. Do I need to prepare anything before you arrive?
Just ensure we have access to the vehicle, a safe place to work, and your keys. That’s it.

10. What ambient lighting options do you offer?
We offer the universal symphony kit, the 2-tone kit, and screen-coded kits! The universal 2-tone kits give you the ability to choose 2 different colours at the same time, having different colours on the door and main dash strips to the footwells, door handle and door bin lights. The screen-coded kit is only available on certain vehicles and allows you to control the ambient lighting from your vehicle's screen.

11. Do you have dashcams that record 24/7 even when parked?
Absolutely — not all our dashcams have 24/7 recording or parking mode. However, contact us, and we will happily point you to the correct dashcam for your needs.

12. Will I be shown how everything works after installation?
Yes, we always walk you through how to use the product and answer any questions before we leave.

13. Do your S5 trackers reduce my insurance premium?
Our S5 insurance-approved trackers can reduce your premium; however, this depends on multiple factors. Generally, with an S5 approved tracker, you can be offered up to 25% discount on your premium. You will also be provided with a certificate of installation for your insurance.

14. Is ambient lighting safe for my car battery?​
Yes, our systems are professionally installed and low-draw, so they won’t drain your battery when wired correctly. They also do not receive power when your vehicle is switched off.

15. What happens if I forget my CAN-Phantom code?
Don’t worry — we provide a secure override process and support if needed.

16. Is there any deposit for job bookings?
Yes, we may charge a deposit depending on the circumstances and order. The deposit amount is at our discretion and is credited to the final price of your quoted job.

17. What if I Have to cancel or amend a booking?
We request that you give us at least 24 hours' notice before cancelling or amending an appointment. If you need to make a change within 24 hours, then we have the right to take the deposit as a cancellation/call-out fee.

18. Does a tracker, immobiliser or dashcam hardwire void my dealership warranty?
No! When fitted correctly and by an authorised and certified installer, your warranty will not be voided.
