3. Is there a travel charge?
No — We travel to you for free!
4. Are you certified to install CAN-Phantom?
Yes, we are certified and approved CAN-Phantom installers.
5. How does the CAN-Phantom work?
It blocks the car’s engine start signal using factory buttons until a code is entered — thieves can’t see or bypass it.
6. Will the CAN-Phantom void my car’s warranty?
No — it’s a non-invasive device that integrates with your car’s existing wiring
7. How long does a CAN-Phantom install take?
Typically between 1.5 to 3 hours depending on the vehicle make and model.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, debit/credit cards, Klarna and cash.
9. Do I need to prepare anything before you arrive?
Just ensure we have access to the vehicle, a safe place to work, and your keys. That’s it.
10. What customisation options do you offer for ambient lighting?
You can choose the colours, brightness, patterns, zones (like footwell, doors, or dash), brightness, and whether it syncs with music or not.
11. Can you install multiple mods in one visit?
Absolutely — just let us know in advance so we can bring everything needed and book enough time.
12. Will I be shown how everything works after installation?
Yes, we always walk you through how to use the product and answer any questions before we leave.
13. Do your installations come with a warranty?
Yes — all installations are covered by our minimum 1 year workmanship warranty. Product warranties vary by manufacturer.
14. Is ambient lighting safe for my car battery?Yes, our systems are professionally installed and low-draw, so they won’t drain your battery when wired correctly.
15. What happens if I forget my CAN-Phantom code?
Don’t worry — we provide a secure override process and support if needed.
16. Is there any deposit?
Yes, we take a small deposit of £50 that will be credited to your final agreed price.
17. What if I Have to cancel or amend a booking?
We request that you give us atleast 24 hours notice before cancelling or amending an appointement. If you need to make a change within 24 hours then we have the right to take the deposit as a cancellation/call out fee.
