Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after the order is placed.

However, in rare circumstances such as courier delays, high demand, or unforeseen issues, delivery may take up to 2 weeks.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on most products available on our website.
Any exceptions or additional shipping costs will be clearly stated on the product listing before purchase.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to UK mainland addresses only.
Supply Only vs Supply & Fit Products
Some of our products are available as supply-only, allowing customers to install the product themselves.
Other products are supply and professional installation only.
This will always be clearly specified on the individual product listing.
Installation Appointments
If a product includes professional installation, customers will need to contact us after placing the order to arrange a convenient installation appointment.
Tracking Information
Where available, tracking numbers will be provided once your order has been dispatched so you can follow the progress of your delivery.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to investigate the issue with the courier and resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, this must be reported to us within 31 days of delivery so we can assist with a resolution.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an incorrect address after placing your order, please contact us immediately so we can attempt to cancel or amend the order before dispatch.
Shadow Modz reserves the right to refuse a refund if an order is lost due to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is missed, we will work with the courier to rearrange delivery up to a maximum of three times.
If the delivery cannot be completed, the product may be returned to us.
