Refund Policy

At Shadow Modz, we take great pride in delivering high-quality products and expert mobile installation services. We are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their experience, and we aim to resolve any issues promptly and fairly. Please review our refund policy below.

Product Refunds

  • If a product is found to be faulty or defective upon installation, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

  • Refunds are not available for products that are non-faulty but have already been installed.

  • For unused and uninstalled products, refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase and will be subject to inspection.

Service Refunds 

  • Once an installation or service has been completed, refunds for labour are not available, unless a clear fault in our workmanship is identified.

  • If a customer cancels an appointment more than 24 hours in advance, a full refund will be issued.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a £25 call-out fee to cover time and travel expenses.

Deposits

  • Deposits are non-refundable, unless the appointment is cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • In the rare event that we are unable to complete the service due to our own fault, the full deposit will be refunded.

Warranty

  • All installations are backed by a 12-month workmanship warranty.

  • Any product warranties are subject to the terms provided by the manufacturer. We are happy to assist in the claim process where applicable.
